When you use the calculator, we collect:

• Birth details — date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. These are used solely to calculate your Vedic birth chart. They are processed in real time and not stored on our servers.
• Your name — used to personalise your results within the session only.
• Your email address — only if you tick the opt-in box on the form. If you do not tick the box, your email address is not recorded or stored anywhere.

If you opt in to receive emails, we will use your name and email address to:

• Send occasional astrology insights, tips, and updates from AdelaineC
• Notify you of new courses, offerings, or events

We will never use your information for any other purpose, and we will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opted-in email addresses and names are stored securely in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet, accessible only to AdelaineC. Birth chart calculations are performed in real time and are not stored.

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe at any time by emailing us or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Request deletion of your data at any time by contacting adelainec.loveuniverse@gmail.com
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that counts page views and key events (e.g. when a chart is generated) in aggregate. No personal data is collected, no cookies are set, and no individual visitor is identified or tracked across sites. No advertising networks or retargeting pixels are used.

The calculator uses the following third-party services:

• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — to look up coordinates from the place name you enter. No personal data is sent.
• TimeAPI.io — to determine the timezone for your birth location. No personal data is sent.
• Google Sheets API — to store opted-in email addresses (only if you tick the box).
• Vercel — our hosting provider. Standard server logs may be retained for security purposes.
• Vercel Web Analytics — anonymous, cookieless aggregate analytics (page views and chart-generation counts).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the calculator after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
